Firass Dirani leaps to great heights in his new fitness Instagram video

House Husbands star Firass Dirani decided to show off his athletic skills in a new Instagram video earlier this week.

The 29-year-old actor posted a professionally shot 15 second video on Tuesday, which showed him jumping off concrete blocks at a waterfront location.

‘Big thank you to @adidasau for my new #Springblade shoes. Check this out. #FreeRunning,’ he wrote on Twitter along with with a link to the video.

Starting off with a close-up shot of his sneakers, the video was all about the Adidas Springblade shoes that the star had presumably been gifted by the fitness gear company.

The Logie award winner wore a white singlet and black shorts paired with his black and white Adidas footwear finished off with neon green laces.

In a bid to motivate viewers to exercise, the video’s background track was the famous R Kelly hit ‘I Believe I Can Fly’.

Firass is currently shooting Season 3 of Channel 9 drama House Husbands in Melbourne.
