If there’s one song that I’ve got blasting on repeat at the moment, it would be this one.

Sia’s new track, ‘Never Give Up’, features in the Lion film soundtrack, and when I heard it during the movie’s closing credits, I couldn’t help but shed a tear.

Mirroring the film’s plotline which sees Saroo Brierley (played by Dev Patel) retrace his Indian roots after living in Australia for over two decades, the song’s lyrics are all about determination, perseverance and having faith in one’s abilities.

The lyric video has also been released, with two children running through a railway station, reminiscent of Saroo and his brother Guddu’s journey in the flick.
