Reowwww! Offspring’s newest heart throb.. Dr Lawrence played by Ido Drent

In tonight’s official premiere of Offspring Season 5, the oh-so-handsome Ido Drent returned to play Dr Lawrence Pethbridge – Nina’s relationship counsellor.

And while we all deeply miss Dr Patrick “Sexy” Reid played by the dashing Matt Le Nevez, it is lovely to have some new eye candy to fill that void.

So we’ve put together some of our favourite hot shots of the actor and dished up a little dirt on him while we were at it.

With his sizzling good looks, the 27-year-old first launched a modelling career before landing a role on New Zealand soap Shortland Street.

But sorry ladies, the stud is off the market, having tied the knot in 2011 with makeup artist Mandy Hodges.

Fret not, we still love Matt Le Nevez but it’s time to get our perve on with this hot onscreen newcomer.
