Sizzling six packs, terrifically toned torsos, daring dancing and big (Matt) Bomer.. Magic Mike XXL is only bound to get your heart racing and temperature soaring when it hits Aussie screens later this month.
There”s no doubt we’re all looking forward to witnessing the pecs appeal of Channing Tatum, the suaveness of Joe Manganiello and all round drop-dead sexiness of the male dance troupe in its entirety.
But a comment made to me in relation to this film franchise has got my mind wandering (to some saucily creative places I might say), and I’d like to take a moment to widen your own horizons when it comes to eye candy.
While watching the first Magic Mike, a friend told me that Indian men could never be sexy enough to star in a film of this calibre.
Being a Bollywood princess wannabe, I understandably was taken aback by the claim, refusing to accept it as I myself am known for my tendency to pursue men of the chocolate flavour.
This post is dedicated to some diversity in eye candy – it’s here to prove that sexy can transcend colour and race, that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and to remind you why chocolate and caramel can be just as delicious as vanilla.
Sit back, relax and let your eyes enjoy the magic.
