CASEY BURGESS LEAVING HI-5

Yes, we all remember the super catchy phrase ‘1, 2, 3, 4, HI-5’, made famous by Australian children’s entertainment group Hi-5.

Since its establishment in 1998, the group has experienced a turnover in members, and now it’s time to farewell one of our fave Hi-5 girls Casey Burgess.

After performing with the group for the last time on Monday night at Melbourne’s ‘Carols By Candlelight’, Casey has now taken to twitter to confirm the news of her departure from Hi-5.

Casey tweeted tonight: “Yes. It’s true, I am leaving Hi-5. It has been an amazing 5 years and I am SO thankful to all of you for being amazing supporters.  I will miss you all but I will still be here! Always growing and I can’t wait for the next chapter!! … Stay tuned everyone.”

At ‘I Am Starstruck’, we’re really proud to call Casey one of our biggest celeb supporters, and we’re super excited for her new adventures!  All the best Casey! x
