SUMMER BAY SWEETHEART REVEALS ALL ABOUT ‘EATING DEMONS’

Young star of ‘Home & Away’, Rebecca Breeds chatted to ‘The Daily Telegraph’ this week about her experiences with body image pressures in the Australian television industry.

The 24 year old actress who has been on the hit Aussie drama for almost four years, admits to having felt the pressure at times to look thinner.

Breeds told ‘The Daily Telegraph’, “It’s definitely something you have to learn: that you are going to be judged and scrutinised, but you have to decide how much you listen to and how much you let other people’s opinions in.”
